Quietens asthmatic foxes to less annoying levels. When idle or walking foxes make little noise and when running they make less noise as well. Especially useful if you have a adopted child who has a pet fox.
If you want a quieter or louder fox use Creation Kit or TES5Edit to raise or lower the Static Attenuation (dB) values.
